is it allowed to chase pipes into the inner leaf of an outside wall.if not could anyone give me the relevant water regulation thankyou
 
yes its ok but not best practice if avoidable, make sure pipe is protected from corrosion if copper
 
yes it can be done, you must adhere to the building regulations reguarding the depth of the chase and its position. It would be better to run in internal wall with lagging if possible.
