Cheap gloss paint required

We were painting my friends flat that he is renting.

We used b and m gloss paint on skating boards etc. Unfortunately it's flaking everywhere.

We don't want to spend an arm and a leg.

But can you recommend a cheap but decent gloss paint so we don't encounter that problem again ?

If the paint is flaking it's because the surface it's on wasn't cleaned and or prepped.
Before you put any other paint on, all of what's on needs sanding off, then B&M will stick this time.
