Hi there,
Have bought an old house and am having the old lead water mains pipe replaced and a new stopcock location/piping installed after massively high readings from water testing by the water company.

Also buying new plastic water tank to start afresh so to speak.
Pipework/joinery looks to be copper with no lead joints anywhere.
No gas so no boiler/radiators etc. Water is for showers, drinking water, washing machine etc.

Is there anything that we can do to clean the pipes to ensure any lead residue (if there would actually be any) is cleared from the system. The lead readings were pretty high (max 5ml per ***.first draw from recently drained stopcock was 1100, second draw from kitchen tap after running for 2 mins was over 250). So we're quote worried about any buildups/residue leaking in.
Also, should we be buying new taps etc everywhere, or just for the kitchen for drinking water?
Any help gratefully received!!

Tbh give them all a good flush / run you will be good
