My local merchants have all stocked up with this stuff "Classi seal".
Classi Seal ® Flexible Waterproof Upstand

Seems good and usefull, but im not sure. I've always managed without it but I can see how it would be good. The only guy who i spoke to that used it said it was brilliant stuff, only be carefull not to get any on the tray or bath cos its a bas*ard to get off.

Anyone used it before?

I first tryed it about a year ago and I have a roll in the van ready for thew next shower/bath. It can be a pain to fit at first but when you get the hang of it then it's not to bad. As for managing without it... I do feel beter with it on as I know the joint between tray and wall or bath and wall isn't going to leak, hand with a tray that isn't choped into the wall. If the room is out of square then you are buggered, and then I chop the wall and fit the tray "the old way".
