clean secondary heat exchanger?

hey guys I am working on a vokera pro combi 85he that wont light after changing the fan and venturi I have found the secondary heat exchanger is full of crap but i am struggling to clear it any ideas? thanks

Open forum, so won't say much. Are you on about the latent heat exchanger above the main hex that goes into the fan. If so get the manual, it shows how to disassemble

Get a small wire brush, remove the three screw, spray the lot and scrub
Ps Vokera told me that you can throw the retarder away ( pg 23 diagram 35 number 4 in the picture )

Just as well to cause if you couldn't get it clean its £550 + just for the part!!!!!
