I have come across 2 drop down scrapers which screw onto drainage rods. One made by Horobin is over £6 and the other by Silverline just over £3. By the pics they look identical. Anyone got experience of either make. I normally clean the gutters on our bungalow 3-4 times a year, important if lots of rain. I use a step ladder but there are sections of gutter that I cant reach so an implement on a pole to place in the gutter furthest from me and drag towards me is what I reckon I need. Thing is with concrete tiles like Redland Stonewald you get a lot of washings which wash down into the bottom of the gutters. They form a heavy sludge so many scrapers are not man enough or heavy enough to to scrape sludge towards you. These look ideal. Wondering which one to get.
Many thanks.
Cheers, Frank

Concrete Tiles produce massive amounts of sand run off which in turn is a fertile base for weeds etc.
I have a modified terminal on the end of a generic pressure washer which reaches 2 storeys , used it for years. centralheatking
