Cold Shower

Hi all, I have a thermostatic bar control on my shower and recently it has been running cold, hot water seems to come through but only marginally and when the shower is turned down low. Last week I had the thermmostatic control replaced but the problem is unchanged, could there be a problem with the pump which is a Watermill Wasy 50?

Get the person who changed it back. Sounds like its not been fitted properly or wrongly diagnosed.

Hi, yes the pump is running but as I increase the flow it seems that only cold water is getting through
