Hi guys, I have a problem which hopefully there is a solution to, I have an eco tech 831 condensing boiler (valiant) 8 years old, when I open the hot tap fully bathroom kitchen ensuite etc the water turns cold after a few seconds, however when I slow the water from the hot tap down it remains hot, on talking to valiant they said in a nut shell don't know 250.00 quid to send an engineer out I said something off, and decided to look at it myself, which thus far has meant removing and descaling the (kipper can) hot water and heat exchanger, replacing the diverter valve which incidentally was leaking and cleaning the burner chamber and condensate putting it all back together with new seals etc but to no avail still the same takes half hour to run a bath, when it used to take 5 mins. the heating side of things is perfect no issues red hot rads all the time and no error codes to indicate why I cant get hot water on full flow anymore. any ideas or solutions over and above what I've tried already would be much appreciated.
