Hey is it within regulations to have a combi boiler fitted in a bedroom? If its a fan flue'd one?

No, Potterton Kingfisher MF was open flue with a fan assist. Cant think of others off the top of my head

Check the manufacturers instructions they will tell you if it a room sealed appliance or not

Sleepless nights with a combi in the bedroom, ticking, banging and knocking

maybe a college question?

its not really giving away any safety critical information tbh.

butr it may encourage some diy installation if it isnt college work
