I have recently changed from a conventional central heating system to a Combi Boiler. All the tanks have been removed for the old system. The problem is that with the new boiler, if someone has any taps open downstairs or upstairs the other taps cannot be used as there is no water coming through. Has any body got an answer to this.
 
Yes but it means installing a system similar to the one you took out.

Not many combis can supply demand for all open taps in a property.

Speak with your installer and raise your points.
 
time to put an invented cyl back in, if you have the correct mains pressure to support it, which sounds like you dont though/
