Been asked to move a radiator to the other side of the room. They have combi boiler, if i turn it off and drain rads down will it stiill put water through the system or should i turn it off at the mains? Also when finished is it just a case of connecting filling loop pipe fill to 1.5bar remove loop and switch on heating then bleed system?

connect filling loop fill to about 1.5-2 bar and bleed rads then keep checking on pressure keeping boiler to about 1.5 bar.
