where are you based? Best prices by far are usually colleges as VAT does not apply whilst it usually does with private training centers.
Ask them about the training though as in the college I went to (blackburn ac) just passed us the books and only taught us when we needed it. I read the corgi commercial catering ans safety books before which was a big help. One lad did no revision and expected training which was supposed to be included but they just threw him in at the deep end straight in with the ACS. After I finished in 3 days he was only where I was up to after the first day.
