What's required for a commercial gas kitchen is it just solenoid and push button emergency stop or should a control panel be fitted linked to the extract unit too?

You need gas proving on the gas safety panel plus supply and extract vent interlocks.

big subject I don't know a great deal I believe there are now co2 sensors required and it all has to be interlocked to ventilation
