commercial or domestic

I've been asked to do some work by an arts centre. The work would be in an old caretakers flat in their building they want to rent out to a small business.

It's got a U6 meter and the pipework seems to be within scope for domestic but I'm not sure if this is domestic or commercial work ?

you answered your own question fella , its meter/pipe size that makes it domestic reagrdless of what building its in

better to ask fella , i know theres **** loads i still dont know and would have no hesitation asking the respected crew on hear (most of them anyway)
