Hello all,

We have a Geberit UP720 frame. The frame says depth 8cm. (There's also the UP320 frame, which I guess is 12cm.)

We are looking at Geberit flush plates, e.g., Sigma10. Sometimes we read that UP720 is compatible with Sigma flushplats. However, sometimes flush plats are also advertised as fitting "8 cm" or fitting "12 cm", but it doesn't seem to say "fits both 8 cm and 12 cm".

(edit) For example, Geberit WC flush control with electronic flush actuation, mains operation, for Sigma concealed cistern 12 cm, dual flush, with Sigma80 actuator plate, touchless - https://catalog.geberit.co.uk/en-GB/product/PRO_2159419 (116.090.SG.6) says "Geberit WC flush control with electronic flush actuation, mains operation, for Sigma concealed cistern 12 cm, dual flush, with Sigma80 actuator plate, touchless". So what frames is this compatible with? (This isn't a Sigma10, but the example is just for illustration).

Does anybody know whether the UP720 is compatible with all Sigma flush plates, or only with some? In particular, is the Sigma10 compatible with the UP720?

Many thanks!

Pretty sure all sigma plates will fit all sigma cisterns otherwise they would be a different name. The numbers I presume refer to cistern depth

I had issues with the colouring on some sigma plates a few weeks ago. I sent an email to [email protected] explaining what I needed and asked them for a phone call. They got back to me in a couple of hours with a technical rep and problem solved.

Thank you - that's helpful. Have emailed them again just now. Though we had emailed that address before. I've suggested a call back as well.
