Hi
Im not a plumber so need a bit help.
Im fitting a wirquin flexible trap to my bath but the end has a male solvent weld fitting(Can't find them with any other fitting).
I was just wondering if a male solvent end will fit into a 40mm compression fitting.
Any help would be great, thanks.

Yes, it will, but use a McAlpine multifit fitting instead of the cheap stuff from the diy sheds.
