Working on a
Ferroli OptimaxHE Plus 25S ( I know )

Condensate dripping from the bottom of the condensate trap. Seams to be leaking from top of condensate trap. Not the pipe from the condensate tray.
Condensate from collector tray, goes into top of an inverted U. Bottom of one leg removable filter. Bottom of other leg to condensate drain.

At the top of the inverted U seems to be a removable plug.

Any ideas don't want to get a new trap to find the same problem.
