I've had 2 Grundfos conlift pumps fail, one after 11 months, the other after 20 months. Not really good enough, won't use them again...

What do you all use?

have fitted a couple of the cheap and cheerful pro condense pumps. a little noisy but yet to have a unit fail mate

My recommendation would be to dig a soakaway, there very reliable.

Don`t get to see many Saniflo condensate pumps but guess you guys work on them.

The boiler is on the first floor of a house. Solid hardwood flooring throughout. Fecking frustrating because there is a bathroom directly across the hallway from the boiler cupboard. Had to go up and over..

Normally just use a boss one from city plumbing haven't had one bad yet and there old

Where you gone with prv?

Tee'd into the return and fitted a remote one in back bedroom

What a kerfuffle... just fit a grundofs & tee it into that... I'd say you were unlucky to have them fail, there only 40 quid in screwfix for a conlift so good value

The new conlifts are PRV rated. At the time I installed the boiler they were not..

Unlucky - once I can live with. Twice and I doubt the build quality.

I only got worcesters, wouldn't fancy teeing the prv into the return as it has that horrible plastic fiddlily bit which I wouldn't trust under pressure lol
