Hi, today I changed my condensate pipe from 21.5mm to 32mm (due to freezing) and routed it out of the loft conversion where the boiler is and down the outside wall to around 5cm from the ground. The water then drops into a hole about 30-40cm deep filled with gravel to soak away. The pipe runs directly down the wall and therefore isn't far away from the brick work where the water comes out, is this ok or does it have to be 50cm away from the house? I have read conflicting stories and would like clarification so I can adapt the pipe work if needs be.
Thanks, Chris.
Thanks, Chris.
