Condenser Boiler clearance

Hi guys,
Looking for some guidance as to how much gap is required either side of my ideal condensing boiler. I need to re-face a wall that site along side the boiler and need to stay within Regulations as its going to be a rental property and I don't want to leave any loop holes for the insurance to use should there ever be a fire.

300mm ? How do people go on needing a foot either side? In a small house it would be verging on the middle of a wall.

I think it may only be 50 mm to the sides, for maintenance, but you need to check on your specific manufacturer instructions.

I think Sean is referring to flue clearances?

Yes sorry that’s flue clearances 5mm either side and 200mm above and below

Perfect, I'll be left with 40mm to the area concerned on the left with tons of room above and below.
