I have just bee round a house wher they would like a new radiator added onto a system, it is a bungalow, and i was thinking best course of action would be to have the flow and returns coming from the loft down the wall etc. I went upto the loft and could not figure out which was flow or return, as both were red hot, I guess it would be a good idea to go round when the central heating isnt on, turn it on get into the lfot and see which heats up first, are there any other methods, or would it really matter whether it was the flow or return i conected onto as it will be only a single panel small radiator? And they are ahving a 1000mm double panneled double convector removed, please help. Thankyou

Doesnt matter where you connect so long as all the rad valves are bi directional
