Evening chaps,

As above, I have just cut out sections in the past, however some just re-appear at the same time, or maybe a week later. Is it best to just rip out and start again? Pipe internally appeared to have some brown in it. This is on copper pipe btw.

I would replace a decent section like a meter in each direction and try that
 
Was it on a bend or straight pipe?
Any signs of left over flux or rubbing against something?
