Why does the Control Box 569 for riello thermital supereffe 25 not fire?
 
It's not receiving a signal to fire.
Oil pumps knackered.
No fuel.
No electric.
Faulty solenoid.
Faulty photocell.
User error.

With the details you've given take your pick.
