Dear All
But i guess this would apply to more senior members with more years on their head and shoulders than me.
A customer has asked me to quote for a labour only job consisting off instaling a close coupled toilet and a minimalist vanity pedestal sort of like a table with a bowl sat on it and a chrome p trap. Its not as straight forward as it sounds its in bits in her garage somwere. lol
I will be required to remove existing vanity basin which houses the stopcock from the rising main and the waste for the toilet which sits on the left runs straight through it. Im of the oppinion it will need to be boxed in or its going to be one clean piece of sanitary aware with an ugly set of pipwork behind. Naturally it will have to come forward so as to allow it to be boxed in and let the waste pipe for the basin drop down out the back from the chome trap.
I am stuck as to how to price this job effectively knowing that i will need a few parts such as double check valves, 90 degree pan connector and possibly flexis and 32mm pipe.
I am thnking in the regoin of £350 for fitting. Please tell me am I way off the mark and what should i be looking at as a rule of thumb.
Thankyou in anticipation
I have attached an image of the existing set up which may help
