Just had my first job cancelled due to Covid 19 both the husband and wife have tested positive for it Great Yarmouth infection rate is on the increase , I have spoken to him and he's not feeling well at all and says it really is not nice to have so we agreed to put the work back a few weeks. Have to wait until after Thursday to get in to finish a cloakroom. Both teachers and have to isolate until Thursday. Luckily I haven't been there for nearly three weeks due to availability not matching. Just need to sand a couple of bits of filler and move washing machine.

Here's one for you my step son works for a marine offshore company and moves oil and gas platforms as he's a Key worker he has less restrictions on his travel he was tested and had to isolate in Holland before a chopper ride to the barge to carry out the move he recently returned after 21 days in Denmark after passing through 3 countries and returning back to the UK via ferry to Harwich on entry to the UK all he was expected to do was fill a form online, no temperature check , no isolation and no test ??? Although he's well and super careful this can't be right how many people are entering the UK without a test madness in my opinion. Kop

Yep its all a complete mess. I'm in one of the highest risk areas of the country and you would not have a clue, public transport has become a death trap as its become more busy and the school kids are back. I hope I am wrong, but I think things are going to get real bad over the winter.
