Got a prob with a sunvic unishare actuator not operating [opening] for c/h can this be why c/h is being shut down as soon as h/w is satisfied by cyl stat.
 
It sounds like the actuator is moving to mid but not c/h only yeh, as you mentioned the heating "shutting down" once h/w is satisfied. If you have 240v on grey to actuator when h/w satisfied and the valve isn't moving to c/h only then the actuator is shot. If you don't have 240 on grey then the cyl stat is defunct/wired incorectly :)
