Hi. I have a Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump and want to calculate my COP. When I go into the FTC5 controller all the energy used figures are there but there are no figures in the delivered energy fields? When I try to access the monthly/annual breakdown for the delivered energy I get an error message ‘Invalid’.
Does this mean that I have no information at all for this? How do I get this information moving forwards?
Thank you for your help.

You need the Meter and Monitoring package MMSP to be able to measure the output.
Ok thanks. This was not offered to us by the installer but to be honest the whole thing is a nightmare. I currently have NAPIT and the RECC looking into it as the system is not working correctly. I have a radiator system as I couldn’t have underfloor heating but there are 5 single panel radiators, one of which is definitely undersized as he admitted he ‘forgot’ the vaulted ceiling?
He also has it set up to come off and on like a conventional gas boiler with the flow temperature of 48degrees. I have 2 zones but one is so noisy the water flowing echos around the bedroom and en-suite. Finally I wanted to use the MELCloud app to control the zones remotely which worked when the first zone was fitted. But at the last moment he installed 2 third party controllers which don’t work with MELCloud!
It’s a nightmare which I need to get resolved especially with the heating costs increasing. Thank you again for your advise.
Julie

That’s good I wouldn’t pay the final invoice until your happy then you have a good chance of getting it sorted 👍
