Hope this isn’t too much of a silly question. I need help connecting my waste pipe from my dishwasher to the pipe under my sink. The pipe has three offshoots. One wider one goes to the sink and two smaller 1” pipes branch off at the side for the washer (currently connected) and now dishwasher (trying to connect) waste pipes.
The dishwasher waste pipe is too big for the hole and I understand that it wouldn’t be secure enough just shoved in there anyway, but could someone advise as to the best way to connect the dishwasher waste to this side 1” pipe? The washer has a little yellow elbow connector which traps itself inside the bit that screws into the side pipe (i’ll try to attach an image) but I can’t seem to find them anywhere and people at DIY stores don’t get what I’m on about.
Could anyone send me a link to one of these elbow connectors or suggest another means of easily attaching the waste pipe to the pipe under the sink? I’ve already tried an MA15 nozzle pipe but the bit of the nozzle that’s meant to end up screwed into the pipe under the sink is slightly too wide.
Thank you!
Carl
