ttb stat fitted in flues of open flued appliances cuts the pilot off if spillage occurs you will typically find them fitted to baxi bostons and ideal mexicos cracking idea should be on all of appliances

Invented by a dutch man hence the name! Detects any flue products that are coming back out down draught diverter. Basically cuts boiler off if any spillage is occuring.
