Want to change waste and change trap for plastic. If I can get a compression coupler over that little bit of horizontal waste pipe I can do the rest as have box of loads of random waste bits and pieces. But if I cut off the trap and then find nothing goes over that bit of pipe I'm screwed. Hoping if not Mcalpine then a cheap one without the insert that goes inside pipe to get in the way. Can remove paint best I can.
Thanks
