Dog wash with low and high pressure

Any suggestions for a simple dog wash?
Needs to be a safe temp so blender or tmv.
The cold is mains and hot is low pressure.

I had the same issue only a couple of week ago, just had to put two bib taps in, in the end. Both with non returns and told them to get like a shower head mixer you push on two taps.
