Where does domestic end and Commercial begin. Is it acceptable to work in a takeaway if the meter is within the domestic scope?

It all depends on the appliance

You can work on a domestic boiler in a commercial property on a commercial meter(providing the work you are doing doesn't require a tt)

You can TT a Dom meter with com appliances attached(providing the Iv is <0.0035m3) but you cannot work on the appliances
