So get a rare call, drain leaking.

Get to house, when you run the kit sink taps/washing m empties then the pipe leaks!!

Now then, the 40mm pipe goes into a concrete floor.

It's at the back of the sink cupboard.

It travels horizontally for wash Mach & dw then connect to sink waste, then goes into concrete floor.

The sink doesn't block or back up

When you run tap after about 10 secs water come up out of floor!

Stinking water

Is it a blockage and/or collapsed/split pipe?

Any ideas?
Tried ridding, manhole outside clear, upstairs drains away all ok.

Will the floor need digging up?

One shot put down, no good

What would be your next action?

Thx

Rct

Sounds like possible calapsed drain had it at a mates house toilet d/s backed up tried rodding would only go so far in the end was camered and dug up and replaced in his garden
