Tried back feeding through two different mixers. Drained and refilled again, while doing odd backfill to try and shake out at blockage. Flow is ok, just apparently slightly reduced according to owner (she seems honest)

What else to try?

Hi there im with steve on this one or try connecting a washing machine hose between hot and cold washing machine valve(if they have a hot connection) I stand outside and wait for overflow to run..brum

tell her its working fine, probably her perception of before and after is out of kilter, unless there is an obvious issue, a combination cyl isnt ever going to be high flow rate

Hose down the cold feed or if there is a mixer that doesnt hane non returns on pipework , hand over spout and let RIP, just have a bath towel ready for the mess lol
