drayton 2 port valves

Hi all,


Aware may be going over old ground again but it's a system with 2 2 port valves - one for HW and other for heating - ( oil fired regular boiler) . Customer complaining boiler fires up when not required. Assume it is a fault with one of the valves - also if boiler on for hot water only, the upstairs rads heat up - would this indicate the valve controlling the heating circuit needs replaced…...

possibly or the cylinder return isnt the last tee on the return!

could be a dodgy frost stat too.
