Hello
I am not a plumber, but we got an issue with our Center EHE0200160 Programmer. It fires up Heating and Water in the morning, but won't automatically switch off (as programmed after some time, and then in the afternoon is the same, somehow it switches itself off after the last ''round'' of heating cycle in the evening). If don't want heating to be constantly on, we got to regulate it either via Override button on the device or by regulating the home's thermostat. Unfortunately, they don't sell this model anymore and can't have it simply replaced. We had previously had a Drayton LP522 and it looks like it has been mounted on the same ''main plate'' and cables connected.
Once again, I am not specialist, but thought if I get a new Drayton LP522 I would be able to take EHE0200160 off the mounting and attach the Drayton. And the need to call a plumber could be avoided.
What I have found out is EHE0200160 is a 5-wire type, but Drayton LP522 4-wire, and it worries me. I won't touch any electrics, don't want to ruin the boiler.
What would you suggest me to do ? (apart from calling a trade person)
Thank you.
