Hi guys I was helping a friend out today as the shower head riser is dripping all the time am I right in saying she needs a new cartridge is needed.
I'd so are they easy to do
Any help would be great thanks

It looks like a Bristan/Heritage 1850 shower, if so then they will call out and repair it for £ 89.00, far cheaper than buying a new cart.
If you want to attempt it yourself take a look here 1850 Shower thermostatic cartridge maintenance and replacement
Does it say Bristan or Heritage on the ceramic indice on the temperature control?
If it does then seal it is an SK1850-1 or new cart an 1850-2.
Hope that helps.....
