hi guys, pressure had zeroed so topped up pressure. Boiler still flashes ea code, when you reset the boiler you can hear the electrodes trying to spark.
I'm going back tomorrow my plan is to do a gas pressure test on the inlet. If there's no pressure ill remove gas valve and see if there's any crap inside it that's restricting the gas flow.

Any other checks you experienced guys would recommend?

Bearning plate, electrodes etc tbh depending on electrodes state full service recommend

End figures for the above 9.6 and 60ppm

Hi guys from testing the boiler the gas valve doesn't seem to be opening up. I placed a guage on the inlet gas valve and turn off the gas cock on the boiler and when started the boiler and the pressure stayed the same while the boiler was trying to fire but never did.. fan works then electrodes are trying to spark. I removed the gas valve a white flakes debre was removed. If it was the bearing flap wouldn't the fan stop working?

If your not registering a drop on the gas valve with the iso off need to see if it’s getting power if yes gas valve

Hi Shaun, I went to the boiler today with a sparky, before he arrived I reset the boiler then turned the power off, then the boiler fired up? Fga readings are good. Strange?! Im going back on Monday to finish off the boiler service.

Could be one of those intermittent faults
