Hi,
stupid question time
Is there a electric boiler out there that will heat underfloor heating but also provide water to taps without the need for a storage tank of some sort ??

Just taps or do you need a shower etc as well ?

Yes, you can get electric combination boilers.

For a decent flow rate, they use quite a bit of power/amps. Will need to check your main supply can handle it before pulling the trigger.
