I have been to look at a job today in a flat. The hot water for the basin, kitchen sink and bath all come from an instant water heater. The heater is a Redring Powerstream, 12kw. The unit has broken down and melted sightly on the wall. This is obviously due to the fact that the bath is run from it and it is only made to serve a couple of sinks/a shower max.
My question is what is the easiest way to correct this? Do I need to replace it with an electric storage heater?
