Just spoke to a customer and they are saying they have a problem with there electric shower where they are not getting enough pressure through it to heat the water so its cold all the time , she said its always been a bit funny and they sometimes have to run a tap then turn it off quick to boost the pressure to the shower for it to go hot...

any ideas???

It could be anything from a stop tap that isn't fully open to faulty isolation valve or blocked filters to blocked shower hose. Could be a faulty shower.
Most electric showers work of a minimum of 1 bar pressure so the first port of call would be to check the mains pressure and check shower hose.

I hope this helps a little.
