Yes, I would go for the T80 but check out a few items first.
Ensure that the shower you are replacing is a mains supplied shower and not supplied from the cold water storage tank (CWST), if supplied from the CWST it will have its own integral pump and should be replaced with a T90 which is also CWST supplied and also has its own integral pump and will be un affected by any mains pressure changes.
If the shower is mains supplied then the T80 is the replacement but IMO requires 2.5 bar minimum static downstairs to provide 1.5 bar dynamic upstairs if the shower if installed here.
Also, a 10.5kw shower will require 10 M2 cable, the existing shower may have 6 M2 and only suitable for a 9/9.5kw shower.
