Hi guys i am new to this and not sure if i am in the correct bit. I am an apprentice 2/3 months into is and my electric shower is going red hot then freezing cold, is there anything that can be done to sort out this problem or is it just better off buying a new one. Any help os appreciated.

Most likely it's the thermal switch that is at fault. The water heats up to high, the thermal switch kicks in and switches off the heater and this cycle goes on until the problem is fixed. Probably best to look at getting a new one. A new Triton Enrich or Mira Vista is about £80 and both of these starter showers are excellent.
