Bus bar advice

Hi, can someone help me understand if I would need a new bus bar or a new[ElectriciansForums.net] Bus bar advice board. The bus bar has a gap like it has been snapped or sawn off between the circuits on the right and left hand side. I have been advised by an electrician that a new board would have to be installed.
I would appreciate if someone could give me advice before the costly expense of replacing the board. I have attached a photo to give you a better idea.
Thanks
