Hi all

Customer complained electric emersion heating element not working - tested electrical supply and have voltage going to the thermostat element rod - changed rod for new. Customer says it still only heats water to 15 degrees C (has a energy monitoring gadget thing!!) Not been back yet...any thoughts on what to look for? New complete emersion heater (not just thermostatic rod)? New cylinder??

Cheers Rich.

15 is cold water, did you hear it heat up at alL?

If you have 240 volts to it then it's either the stat turned too low or new element
