Expansion Vessel Question

If I wanted to remove my F & E water storage cistern and replace with an expansion vessel kit.
Am I right in assuming that the kit will come with a water feed loop that can be connected to the redundant F&E supply.
If So, could this feed loop be used to periodically flush through my rads and reduce the need to ever have a Powerflush?
I guess that a kit would also have an over pressure relief valve?

Hi Although you are replacing the F&E with an expansion vessel, in my experience the vessel is fitted close to boiler and existing vent, cold feed and main supply are cut back and capped off.
