Expected gas rate optimax He31

Hi,
What would be an expected figure for the Ferolli Optimax Plus HE31 boiler in CH and DHW modes?

The boiler rates are Heating power kW 25.2 5.3Kwh, and DHW power kW 31.5-5.3 Kwh

What readings would you expect to get? around 2.2 m2/hr for CH and 2.7 for HW? Is this OK?>

You only have to rate dhw at max rate
