Any one heard of them? Or used them?

They say there is no sign up fee and no lead price and all their money comes from merchants?

It sounds too good to be true so thought I would see on here before speaking to them.
 
No harm in talking to them but get it all in writing before agreeing to anything. If money comes from merchants then maybe you have to use their merchant of choice?
