Hi there, so I have 0 plumbing knowledge here so sorry if I say the wrong things.

Currently we have a Mira Moto Shower ( equivalent to Minilite) which we want to replace. Current pipe centres are at 110cm. We like our tiles and ideally just want to replace the shower as the mixer valve has gone and they have quoted £150 to replace ( already paid this once and they sent the wrong part).

Of course, the issue we are finding is most pipe centres are 150mm. We in a perfect world would like to a) get rid of Mira as they are useless b) have a rainfall shower installed.

Is there anything that exists where we could put an adapter on our current pipes to extend out? I have found these but I could be barking up the wrong tree

Amazon product
Or is there any other solutions at all? Reluctant to spend £450 on the Mira Duo

No.
Have you not got a couple of spare tiles? Then it can be altered properly and re-tiled , may only need one tile.
If you have a good guy it will not be possible to detect what has been done.
