Hi,

I'm planning to change the layout of my small bathroom, but it will require removing the soil/vent pipe in the bathroom to make space for where I want to position the new bath. I'm thinking I could move the soil pipe outside and then rejoin it to the existing waste stack outside. I've mapped out roughly where things would be. But it will probably mean the external soil pipe could go over an existing oven extractor fan vent.
Do you think it would be an issue if the soil pipe went over the vent, even if it was slightly away from the wall?
Also would the angle be steep enough?
Thanks for your help!

Any reason why you can’t install a new stack to the left of the down pipe and connect to the underground drainage ?
